Shipping Policy

Free US Shipping
Every order ships free to addresses in the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We're unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. During peak seasons or due to carrier delays, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@marafort.com and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
